Everybody loves sushi, said Dining Services Director Beth Emery, and now, thanks to a partnership with Kikka, freshly-made rolls are on the menu at Lyons. Kikka sources high-quality all-natural ingredients, including Grade-A sustainably caught fresh tuna, and all sushi is prepared daily on-site. Keep an eye out for grab-and-go rolls at The Market, CoRo Cafe, Legal Grounds, and Hillside as production ramps up.

Farmers Market

Vegetables

Nothing says fall in New England like a farmers market, and 51画鋼s version gets better every year. We really stepped it up during the pandemic, said Emery, its really popular and a nice way to try produce youve never used before. Held Friday afternoons this fall outside Corcoran Commons, the market features fruits and veggies from local farms as well as fresh-baked treats.

The new initiative allows you to track your impact, and the Universitys, by slapping a sticker on your water bottle or coffee mug and scanning it every time you fill up. Combined with 51画鋼s Green2Go reusable containers, its a small step that makes a big difference.
