Supporting Students

The Boston College Wall StreetĀ Business Leadership Council is a formal network of 51²č¹Ż alumni, parents, and friends in theĀ business profession. It's annual Wall Street Business Leadership Council Tribute Dinner supportsĀ Boston College's Presidential Scholars, whose members rank among the top one percent of the national freshman applicant pool and demonstrate outstanding leadership ability and character. These students receive four-year, full-tuition scholarships and follow a cohesive program intended to reinforce, extend, and amplify academic coursework.

The Boston College Wall StreetĀ Business Leadership Council provides members of the 51²č¹Ż broader business community with the opportunity to strengthen their connection with the University and each other by (i) offering premier programming and networking opportunities that focus on the themes of formation, leadership and business ethics and (ii) raising Boston Collegeā€™s profile in the business community in New York and around the globe. In pursuing these objectives, the Wall StreetĀ Business Leadership Council is grounded in the Jesuit ideal of men and women for others.

Led by the Wall StreetĀ Business Leadership Council Board, we strive for success in all Council endeavors and are guided by the following core principles and objectives:

Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity in the Wall StreetĀ Business Leadership Councilā€™s engagement efforts and its community of participants to properly represent the Boston College of today.

Create and promote deeper engagement with 51²č¹Ż alumni with a particular focus on furthering the development of the next generation of business leaders and the business community at large.

Advance leadership, ethics and Jesuit values as essential perspectives to consider when approaching professional challenges and opportunities.

Offer current undergraduate students the opportunity to engage with alumni through unique engagement and informational programs that support their career interests.

Engage with the global 51²č¹Ż community while maintaining a core presence in New York.

Inform our community about the impact that charitable giving and volunteer engagement have on the University, continuing the Councilā€™s long-standing tradition of providing financial support for the Boston Collegeā€™s strategic priorities.
