Final Exams usually meet in the classroom in which the course is taught but not always. Please ensure that you check your exam date, time, and location carefully.

Note the withdrawal deadline.

The last date to withdraw from a fall course with a "W" or to withdraw from the University is Monday, December 2.

Graduating in December? Verify your diploma name.

December 12 is the last date for all students graduating in December 2024 to verify their diploma names online.

The Mid-year Graduation and Baccalaureate Mass will take place at the St. Ignatius Church on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 (reception immediately following in Corcoran Commons).

Diplomas will be mailed to the address on file starting mid-January.

Note the thesis and dissertation deadline (master's and doctoral students).

December 1 is the deadline for master's and doctoral candidates to submit signed and approved copies of theses and dissertations for December 2024 graduation.

Mark the spring bill due date on your calendars.

Students and authorized Payers received an email from Student Services this weekend with their tuition and fees bill for the spring semester.

Spring semester bills for undergraduate and law students are due on December 10. Spring semester bills for graduate and Woods College students are due on January 10.

Undergraduate day students, interested in taking a course at WCAS?

Undergraduate seniors in MCAS, CSOM, LSEHD, or CSON who want to register for a spring 2025 course in the WCAS can do so beginning Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 9 a.m. for a limited number of seats.

On Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 9 a.m., sophomores, juniors, and seniors in MCAS, CSOM, LSEHD, or CSON, as well as WCAS students, will be eligible to register for any unclaimed seat.

First-year students are not eligible to take WCAS courses. All other students are allowed to enroll in just one WCAS course per term. For more information, including restrictions, visit the Undergraduate RegistrationÌý±è²¹²µ±ð.

Waive medical insurance (if applicable).

To waive spring medical insurance, go to  and select the Forms tab. All waivers must be submitted by January 24, 2025 for the spring semester only. Students who do not complete a waiver prior to the deadline will automatically be enrolled in and charged the student premium for the student medical insurance plan.

Looking for a job?

Academic year job opportunities are available on the Job ListingsÌý±è²¹²µ±ð. For students who have secured an on-campus job for the first time, please be sure to bring forms of identification (such as but not limited to, a valid/unexpired U.S. Passport, or a combination of a valid driver’s license or Eagle ID card ²¹²Ô»åÌýSocial Security card or birth certificate) in original formats. No pictures or photocopies will be accepted. A full list of acceptable documents for Form I-9 completion can be found on the . International F-1 students will need to bring in their valid Foreign Passport along with their Forms I-94 ²¹²Ô»åÌýI-20 and Employment Authorization Letter from the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS).

Purchase an MBTA pass for the spring semester.

Students may now purchase MBTA passes for the spring semester at a discount. The deadline to purchase passes at a discount is January 10, 2025. These passes offer unlimited rides from February 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025. Visit the MBTA Passes and Parking Permits page for more information.

Order a parking permit (if applicable).

Eligible undergraduate resident students and graduate students may order a parking permit in the ("Parking Permits and Citations"). Students may pick up their fall parking permit in the Office of Student Services.
