Access to University technological and information resources is granted annually to those users who enter into the Boston College Technological and Information Resources Use Agreement. By so doing, users agree to comply with the copyright laws that apply to all technological and information resources accessible over network resources provided by the University. Pursuant to Boston College policy 1-100-025 (PDF), Professional Standards and Business Conduct -- Use of University Technological and Information Resources, users of these resources who violate copyright laws may be subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to loss of access to University computers, computer networks, data, and other technological and information resources.
