CAB Programming
Program Outcomes:Â
- Cultivate a sense of community at Boston College through programs, events, and activities.
- Promote Boston College traditions, by providing opportunities for students to express and celebrate their school spirit.Â

Student Involvement Student Organization Training
Program Outcomes
The program outcome of Student Organization Training is to provide the required (3) e-board leaders (Presidents, Treasurers, and Vice-Presidents/Event Planners) on their skills related responsibilities to ensure their success for the academic year. Student Organization EBoard would understand the process and guidelines for organizational compliance, finance, event planning, and University policies. Students feel confident in their understanding of their role and resources associated with that role. By participating in training, students will be able to successfully operate their organization with minimal obstacles and hurdles.

- Provide Boston College undergraduate students the opportunity to satisfy a demonstrated need for new organizations. This is accomplished through a student-driven process designed to produce organizations that are prepared, sustainable, and able to contribute to the student life at Boston College.Â
Student Involvement UG51²è¹Ý Leadership Â
By serving in a UG51²è¹Ý Leadership Position, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate advanced communication skills by articulating ideas clearly, listening actively, and facilitating open dialogue among diverse groups, enriching the lives of students at Boston College.Â
- Apply critical thinking and ethical considerations in making decisions that reflect the best interests of the student body and the institution.Â
- Demonstrate cultural competency by understanding, respecting, and valuing diverse perspectives and experiences, promoting growth academically, socially, and spiritually.Â
- Lead and participate in collaborative projects with various campus stakeholders, including student organizations, faculty, administration, and external partners, to enhance campus life and cultivate an engaged and caring student community.Â
- Develop and articulate transferable skills, such as leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving, gained through UG51²è¹Ý participation, that look to promote career-readiness.Â
- Reflect on their own personal leadership styles, strengths, and areas for growth, using feedback and self-assessment tools to guide development
