Profile

Dr. Conant is the Director of Athletics at Nashoba Brooks School. She is a Sports Management professional with extensive practical work experience at the intercollegiate, secondary school, and youth sport levels. An expert in athletic administration,  Dr. Conant focused her dissertation research on Independent School Athletic Directors and their role in conflict management strategies. Currently, she is an independent school athletic director, and in the summertime, she serves as the Sport Management Institute faculty at the Boston College Experience.
