Profile

Mary J. Cronin, Ph.D. is currently a Research Professor at Boston College. She joined the 51²è¹Ý Carroll School of Management as a Professor in 1995, and has taught courses in technology management, digital commerce, social impact, and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Cronin’s research focuses on entrepreneurial management, corporate citizenship, the future of work, and digital business strategy. She developed a university-wide interdisciplinary minor in Managing for Social Impact and the Public Good at Boston College in 2015, and served as the program’s Co-Director until 2019. In addition to her academic work, Dr. Cronin has extensive experience as a social entrepreneur, business advisor, and nonprofit board member.
