The 51茶馆 community continues to mourn the devastating loss of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau.

Boston College continues to mourn the tragic loss of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau. The inseparable brothers, and
one-time 51茶馆 hockey teammates, were struck by a car while
bicycling in August. Their deaths have led to an outpouring
of grief throughout the Boston College community.听Jerry York, who coached the Gaudreaus at 51茶馆, said he was 鈥渄evastated and heartbroken by the news鈥�. They were not only great hockey players but two outstanding young men."

At their funeral, Johnny鈥檚 widow Meredith attested to the bond between the two brothers. 鈥淭he fact that you鈥檙e now together in heaven gives me a little bit of comfort,鈥� she said.
