Need to track down a package?
Packages sent to 51²è¹Ý faculty and staff are not received centrally unless they are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. If you are looking for a package, start by checking the tracking number at the carrier's website:
Packages ordered from Amazon.com can only be tracked through the account holder's order details (refer to ).
If you can't find what you need at the carrier's website, please submit a package inquiry to Mail Services, and we will do our best to help you.

Note that there is no need to include "Boston College" in the address, as carriers recognize these street addresses as 51²è¹Ý locations.
How mail and packages are handled depends on the carrier:
- US Postal Service: Items handled by USPS are delivered to the Newton Campus mail room. Boston College Mail Services then delivers these items to each building and/or department on a set daily route.
- Private Carriers: Items handled by private carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Lasership, DHL and Amazon, are delivered directly to the buildings by the private carriers' drivers.
No, Boston College does not have a central receiving facility. Please refer to the "Faculty & Staff Mailing Addresses" section above for proper delivery addresses.
Yes. Amazon maintains two banks of lockers on campus for the convenience of the Boston College community. The lockers may be selected as delivery points when placing orders through Amazon. The two locations are:
- "BENCH" is in the 90 St. Thomas More Dr. residence hall on the ground floor
- "LOPEZ" is across from the Newton mailroom on the lower level of Kenny Cottle LibraryÂ
Mail Services picks up and delivers interoffice mail daily on their driver's route. Each department has a designated pick up and drop off location for incoming and outgoing mail. See your office administrator if you have questions.
