Dr. Marta Geletkanycz鈥檚 research interests lie in the areas of strategic leadership and corporate governance. Her work focuses on top executives鈥� and board members鈥� human and social capital, and how these factors interact to affect firm strategy and performance. Her articles have appeared in leading management journals, including听Academy of Management Journal,听Administrative Science Quarterly,听Journal of Management, and听Strategic Management Journal,听among others.
Dr. Geletkanycz has taught classes in the masters and undergraduate programs at Boston College focused on strategic management and managerial decision making. She has extensive consulting experience, and previously worked as an investment analyst.听
