Vanessa Rumble joined the philosophy faculty in 1989. She served as translator and member of the editorial board for the English language edition of Kierkegaard’s Journals and Notebooks (12 volumes, Princeton University Press, 2007-2020) and founded and directed Boston College’s Psychoanalytic Studies Program (2004-08; 2011-2020).
