Is 51²č¹Ż the school for you? Are you checking it out? Do you have a special interest in theatre?

If so, we hope you'll look around our website and then be in touch with any questions you have. But a website can only tell you so much, so as you consider your plans, we encourage you to come to campus for a tour and an interview. If the timing is right you might also want to visit a class or see one of our productions.

Our goal is to be a model undergraduate theater program in a liberal arts setting, one that provides a solid foundation in theater study, pre-professional training in most theater disciplines, and the freedom to focus your education in a way that prepares for a variety of pursuits and career interests.

To schedule an interview, contactĀ Dr. Luke JorgensenĀ at 617-552-1588 or theĀ Theatre department officeĀ at 617-552-4012.

For general information about admission to Boston College, please contact theĀ Office of Undergraduate AdmissionsĀ at 617-552-3100 or toll-free at 800-360-2522.

Undergraduate Admission

If you want to get a theater major's perspective on our program, emailĀ theatre@bc.eduĀ and we will connect you with a member of our Council of Majors, a group of current students who advise the Chair, voice student concerns, and support departmental activities. Please include your specific area of interest within theater to help us make the best match.
