Our offerings for K-12 educators draw on research by Lynch School faculty as well as current practitioners in the field. We bring data informed practices to your classrooms and education spaces in order to address all needs of a twenty first century school. From teaching and learning to anti-racism and equity, from coaching and leading to student support, our offerings cover a wide range of topics that enhance learning spaces and hone the skills of educators.
Bilingual Education
The Bilingual Education Certificate (BEC) is a three component instructional series for teachers seeking Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) endorsement for bilingual education.
Boutique Offerings
These boutique workshops cover a range of topics in K-12, from instructional coaching best practices to culturally responsive practices and leadership.
Cultivating Inclusive Education
Designed for grade 6-12 teachers, paraprofessionals, instructional coaches, and other school-based leaders. The workshop is focused on the education of students with high-incidence, mild/moderate disabilities in inclusive classrooms.

Teaching Multilingual Learners
Designed for K-6 teachers, paraprofessionals, instructional coaches, and other school-based leaders. Educators will explore practices for affirming multilingual learners in varied classroom contexts, including SEI, dual language, and small group interventions.
Teaching Reading
Designed for grade 3-8 teachers, paraprofessionals, instructional coaches, and school-based leaders. The workshop reviews the current research on teaching reading and explores strategies that nurture linguistic identities, diverse learning styles, and intellectual excitement.
Teaching Writing
Designed for K-12 teachers, paraprofessionals, instructional coaches, and other school-based educators. The workshop delves into the Systemic Functional Linguistics theory-based approach to writing instruction.
